Follow-up sessions 

Need emotional and psychological support while putting into practice your new habbits?

Whatever if it's big or small changes, I'm here for you!

Duration: 30 minutes

Mindfulness, plant-based healthy cooking and energy work + tips & tricks.

Each class will have:

• a little introduction and a short guided meditation to connect energetically (between us)

•  the exploration of the magic and richness of preparing one or more plant-based recipes 

• advice on healthy eating 

• tips & tricks in the kitchen

• enjoying together the final result in a cosy space.

Duration: around 2-3h, depending on the recipe/s

Price: variable, from 25 euros up/pers. (depending on the amount and number of the ingredients)

Place: to be discussed - at the moment at client's place

First session deals with:

Why you want this? What's the reason?

What is going on in your life at this point on every level: body, mind, emotional, spiritual? 

Geting to know your situation, I can better craft a specific plan to help you get on track, in balance.

Duration: 1h

Price: 50 euros

Focus of the main session:

• discussing the plan made specifically for you

If necessary, the initial plan will be adapted.

• discussing ways on how to make things go smoothly for you related to implementing the new changes.

All levels of a healthy lifestyle will be approached, including a specific diet plan, the basics of how to really eat healthy,  daily healthy habits for overall #well-being (mind-body-spiritual-emotional).
